The region in which Tamron is located (Long Island, NY) is now in Phase 4. We are receiving shipments from FedEx and UPS. Please feel free to send us lens repairs. While we cannot guarantee our 3-Business Day Repair Turnaround for the moment due to reduced staffing of repair technicians to properly maintain social distancing, rest assured we will have your lens expertly repaired and returned to you as quickly as possible. We are processing mail-in rebates, taking calls and answering emails sent to custserv@tamron.com. As guidelines change, we will continue to update you on our status here on our website.
